Google renames Webmaster Tools as Google Search Console

Last week, Google renamed the search engine giant for web based services Webmaster Tools as Google Search Console. A post on Webmaster Central Blog states that
"Google Search Console turns out that the traditional idea of the “webmaster” reflects only some of you. We have all kinds of Webmaster Tools fans: hobbyists, small business owners, SEO experts, marketers, programmers, designers, app developers, and, of course, webmasters as well… So, to make sure that our product includes everyone who cares about Search, we’ve decided to rebrand Google Webmaster Tools as Google Search Console".

No Changes have made to the functionality of the webmaster tools. It’s just a name change to attract the new users to Search Console and to identify the available services by webmasters so far they have in webmaster tools.
