Google Sending mass notifications to site webmasters to fix Mobile Usability Issues

This is the first time Google is sending notifications “fix mobile usability issues found on …” to the site’s webmaster whose websites are not mobile friendly. 
In warning message, they state that “the Google systems have tested (***) pages from your site and found that 100% of them have critical mobile usability errors. The error pages severely affect mobile users experience to your website. These pages will not be seen as mobile-friendly by Google Search, and will therefore be displayed and ranked appropriately for smartphone users”. 

Simply Google reminding site’s webmasters by sending notification that the pages not mobile-friendly won’t rank well in mobile search.
It’s a known fact that, most of the websites are not mobile friendly. Industry predictors saying that, it is clear signs for google mobile ranking algorithm launch. Google has already launched mobile usability reports in Webmaster Tools and mobile friendly testing tool to check the web page is mobile-friendly design or not.
