APH Technologies provided a single Sign-on mechanism to access both Nagios server monitoring tool & iTOP using SharePoint.

iTOP is the help desk application used by MTN to overview, create, and check open/close service ticket status.

Nagios is a powerful monitoring system that enables MTN to identify and resolve IT infrastructure problems like Server details, SLA Reports and server status with uptime/downtime functionalities.

Both iTOP & Nagios have different user names. To access the both at a time, APH Technologies provided a single sign-on feature in SharePoint. By using SharePoint Application, MTN can access both Nagios & iTOP.
